Please choose carefully when selecting pillows as we cannot offer a refund or exchange on these items once they have been used due to health regulations.
All products must be returned within 7 working days following delivery at your cost in original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply for items returned without original packaging.
Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted.
If you decide to return the product we will refund the cost of the product. Delivery charges are not refundable.

If the product you ordered arrives damaged, is faulty, or not what you ordered simply return it to us and we will refund both the cost of the product and the delivery charges.

All returns must be fully insured and shipped with freight charges prepaid by the customer.
